This is the BEST of finger coiling your hair. It has a great hold and the key to making sure it doesn’t flake much is to make sure it’s dry. And a little goes a long way. It’s great against humidity. Since I have a short hair cut, I use this on the shorter areas of my hair.

STYLING TIPS
I use a blower dryer with an attached comb to stretch the parts of my hair where I want to give it length. I have 4c hair with EXTREME shrinkage.
I section my hair and use the Tangle Teezer to detangle my hair and to enhance my curls each time I finger coil or 2-stand twist my hair. This helps get the extra kinks out and gives a better finish. You can purchase it at Target or Amazon.
I let my hair air dry or I sit under a hooded dryer
