Hey Good People!

Born and mostly raised in Eastern NC, I am a country girl at the core!

I love Jesus, coffee, spending quality time with family and friends, being outdoors, eating seafood and indulging from time to time on Bojangles Chicken and seasoned fries. I have a passion for education, building strong families, and discipleship. It always brings me joy to see people succeed and reach their goals.

I am a graduate of the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University ( B.S., Elementary Education) AGGIE PRIDE! I also hold a graduate degree and certification from Liberty University (M.Ed., Education Administration and Supervision) and Colorado State University (Graduate Certification, Mathematics).

Currently, I am a working stay-at-home mom and wife juggling working multiple education positions by God’s grace & provision. I am also living my dream as the Founder & Director of Imagodei Academy, a non-profit homeschool education program. I’m thankful for the opportunities to serve the homeschool and education community.

Encouraging and supporting others is something that I enjoy doing and I plan to use this creative space to share whatever God has given me with you. I pray you are always encouraged, inspired, and at times challenged to grow by what I share. Life is a journey and time is precious. I’m thankful that you’re willing to share some of your time with me.

I am like the cliché “I don’t look like what I’ve been through”, but my story is definitely not a cliché. Stick around and I’ll share and unfold my story as I’m led. But know that I am a survivor, a conqueror, bridge-builder and determined to be faithful to work in the areas in which God has called me.

 Meet My Family!

I’m married to my supportive, one-of-a-kind husband of 10+ years, Terrence, and together they are raising and homeschooling our three energetic sons, Nehemiah, Malachi, and Elijah.
